In Ephesians, the Apostle Paul writes that we should use our gifts "To prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up".
Kevin Kidd is a gifted songwriter, storyteller, musician, and entertainer who uses his gifts to build up the body by spreading the good news of Jesus Christ - mostly to children.
His credits include GRAMMY nominated music, cover stories of national music publications, and songs & albums on the bluegrass music "charts", but his main qualification for ministering to children is that he speaks fluent 4 year-old.
Along with his faithful sidekick, Imaginary Larry (who has never been successfully photographed), Kevin teaches children from pre-k through school-agers' with humor, stories and songs like, Right is Always Right, God Sees Me Inside Out and I Am Fearfully and Wonderfully Made. He is also introducing original worship music like Children of the King, Roar for the Lion of Judah and Happy Clappy Day, written so that children can praise God in their own fun style.
Also available are character building programs titled Cowpokes Don't Poke Fun of Each Other, Set Sail for O Bay, and I'm Sorry Safari, plus Kevin's family, who sing a variety of "big people" music.
Did you say family? Yes, Kevin, along with his lovely wife Debbie, have two beautiful daughters, Melody, 7 and Kadence, 3.
